Social Media Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Account Managers , full-time, successful applicant will be working with our existing client database. The successful candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, have a real eye for detail, and be a natural project manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Key contact for internal & external partners for social paid media related topics.
Manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the social paid media campaigns, including (but not limited to) the implementation, delivery, optimization, coordination of creative content, and invoice management.
Works with the Content team to ensure quality assets are delivered (supplying clear and efficient specs, giving clear/reasonable delivery timelines).
Ensure a regular monitoring of budgets, order approvals and invoices (always aim for intelligence and efficiency).
Ensure compliance of the ads and the proper functioning of advertisements.
Tracks, optimize and ensure quality and delivery of media budgets.
Establishes, follows-up and optimizes campaigns to reach social media KPIs.
Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities.
Work with the analyst to deliver dashboard/reports that give a clear view into the campaign’s performance.

Constantly look for new opportunities to improve profitability and/or drive increase in sales via Paid Search and regularly make suggestions to the Digital Account Management Teams as how campaigns can be improved.
Follow major market changes; trends and be aware of new products and suppliers. Develop point of views based on these opportunities.
Qualifications:

2 years direct hands-on experience managing social media advertising campaigns.
Experience with Facebook Business Manager is mandatory.
Experience with e-commerce clients is highly favoured.
A good understanding of tracking solutions is favoured.
Keen aptitude for improving campaign performance using solid test & control fundamentals, data analysis, and identifying key business opportunities in the data.

You must be able to show that you have IT technician experience covering all general technician duties including experience in windows XP, 7 and 10. Hardware knowledge including fault diagnosis and repair.
Network experience that covers WiFi and physical networks.

We are currently recruiting for an Adwords Specialist, The successful candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, have a real eye for detail, and be a natural project manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Be a knowledgeable evangelist of all Performance Digital Marketing channels.
Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals.
Possess working knowledge of core search engine marketing channels including SEO, Paid Search.
Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to drive results in line with clients’ goals.
Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training.
Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities.
